How Do We Get Started Working Together?
When you work with Allied Focus, you work with me, Jim DeLapa. I work with a select number of business owners and CEOs and I am passionate about their success.
Both you and I should be asking the same question when considering if we should work together: “By working together can we dramatically accelerate your success? “ If we both think the answer to that question is “yes”, then clearly we should be working together. Here’s how we figure that out.
Introductions
You’ve had a chance to review my website and learn a little more about me and what I do. Now it’s time for you to introduce yourself. Send an email to tell me very briefly about you and point me to your website. Or click here to introduce yourself through the website right now .
Get to Know Each Other
After reviewing your information, I’ll contact you to schedule a half hour phone call. We’ll frame the issues and talk about things you have and have not already done. In that call, I also like to learn more about the people you have on your team. At the conclusion of the call, or shortly thereafter, we’ll either agree to meet in person or we’ll part friends.

Let’s Meet
In a first meeting, I usually come to your office to meet you in person, see your business and start to develop a sense of what’s driving your progress and what might be hindering it. At the end of that meeting, I’ll have a good sense of your drive, your passion for your own business, your ambitions and your frustrations. I’ll ask questions that will make you think and will share some ideas about how I would approach the issues. If I don’t think we can make a significant impact on your success by working together, I will let know that too.
Determine the Investment
So far, you haven’t spent a nickel. After our meeting, I will prepare a proposal for you, outlining how we could work together and the investment required from you. I will contact you when the proposal is ready, send it to you by email and we’ll step through it together over the phone.
Let’s Get Started
The decision is yours. By this point, if the chemistry is right, both you and I should be enthusiastic about getting started. You’ll be excited about having an ally to finally start attacking the things that have been holding you back. I’ll be excited because I’ve seen what happens when business owners take action on the decision to take their business to the next level.
