Allied Focus provides services tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Most business owners are very well equipped to handle 80% of what they need to know how to do. The other 20% is elusive. In some cases the business owner can’t put their finger on what’s holding them back. Or, they know, but they simply don’t want to deal with it. Allied Focus can identify and address the real issues so that the 20% doesn’t get in the way of the 80%.
Professional Engagements. Allied Focus can go beyond just identifying the issues and providing advice. We work to deliver results. In addition to strategic business planning and consulting services, we can take a hands-on approach. Together we’ll set priorities, agree on the steps to be taken, and then we will be responsible for making it happen. Typically we do this on a project basis. Executive Coaching. Executive coaching is about working with you to identify issues, consider alternatives and set priorities. Together we’ll work through these phases, and you or your team will be primarily responsible for executing.

What do you do?
We become a strategic ally of the business owner or CEO and help to identify the top priorities required to dramatically increase the success of the business. What size companies do you work with?
We are committed to working with clients where we can bring the most value. From a “company size” perspective, this would be firms doing between $500,000 and $10,000,000 in revenue. Exceptions would be an early stage company that had completed a round of funding, or the $10 million company still owned almost exclusively by the CEO. How much do you charge for your services?
Except in unusual circumstances, we work for a flat monthly fee. The fee is based on your business needs, the targeted outcomes we define and an understanding of how we’ll work together to achieve those outcomes. We do not work on an hourly or commission basis.
In which regions do you work?
We are based in San Diego, California and work primarily with clients in the Southwest. We almost always start any engagement with an on-site visit. From there, we'll determine together the degree to which on-site work is required to drive the desired outcomes.
